The Galaxy will enhance the personal growth and character of Grinnell-area youth by providing innovative programming in a safe and supportive environment and by developing youth-centered community partnerships.

Honesty and Integrity

All interactions with the Galaxy will be conducted in a manner that
is honest, fair and respectful.

Inclusiveness

The Galaxy will provide programming and services to all Grinnell youth in
grades 5-12 regardless of socio-economics, race, religion or color.  The Galaxy
does not discriminate or tolerate discrimination in any form.

 Development

The education and development of youth attending the Galaxy is the most important responsibility of the Galaxy.  The Galaxy will do everything in it’s power
to ensure positive experiences for the youth who attend any of it’s functions. 

 Excellence 

The Galaxy will seek to become and develop excellence in all aspects
of it’s programming and function.
